Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Project Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, working closely with expediting and inspection teams, and assisting in logistics management. The role involves maintaining project timelines, ensuring quality assurance, managing communication between stakeholders, and supporting seamless project execution processes. The successful candidate will also track project progress and address challenges proactively to align deliverables with overall objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services for projects Strong Project Management knowledge to coordinate, oversee, and monitor tasks from initiation to completion Understanding of Inspection standards and practices to uphold quality assurance throughout project lifecycles Expertise in Logistics Management, including planning and overseeing the transportation and supply chain logistics needed for projects Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred Experience in AI-driven or technology-focused industries is a plus
