Role Description We are seeking a Communication Support Agent who will provide exceptional support to our customers. In this full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, you will handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include delivering world-class customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of interactions.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction Experience in Technical Support and basic troubleshooting Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities Proficient in English communication (written and verbal) Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage Previous experience in customer service roles preferred but not mandatory Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
