Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Corporate & MICE Outgoing Supervisor (Egyptian Market). The role involves managing corporate and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) travel operations, building relationships with clients, preparing and managing budgets, training team members, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The supervisor will also analyze market trends to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities Proficiency in Finance for budget preparation and cost management Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for building client relationships and ensuring satisfaction Experience in Training and mentoring team members Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry, especially in the Egyptian market, is highly advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
