Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bilingual Travel Advisor (French & English) based in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility to work partially from home. Responsibilities include assisting clients with travel arrangements and providing exceptional customer service in both French and English. The Travel Advisor will handle inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and work closely with travel partners to create personalized travel experiences for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a focus on professional service delivery.
