Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional support. The role involves aiding customers with both general and technical issues while maintaining professionalism and efficient communication to build trust and loyalty.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in the English language (B2 - C1).- Flexibility with night/overnight/rotational shifts.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain a customer-focused approach.
