Junior Civil Planning Engineer
Location: Alexandria, Egypt
Job Summary We are looking for a Junior Civil Planning Engineer to join our team and support planning, scheduling, and project tracking activities for civil construction projects on the North Coast. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop their planning and project control skills.
Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and updating project schedules and baseline plans Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports Support resource planning including manpower, materials, and equipment Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and technical office teams Track project performance and help identify delays or risks Assist in preparing recovery plans and progress presentations Maintain planning records, logs, and project documentation Ensure project activities are aligned with approved timelines
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 1–3 years of experience in planning or construction projects Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Graduation project in Project Management is preferred Alexandria-based candidates are preferred Good knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ready to relocate
