Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Enrollment Advisors. Conduct coaching, set individual KPIs, and foster a high-performance sales culture. Revenue Growth: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets. Manage P&L, set pricing structures, and control the department's budget. B2B & B2C Sales Pipeline: Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation and nurturing to closing. Drive B2C (individual students) conversions and B2B (corporate upskilling/training contracts) partnerships. Data Analytics & Forecasting: Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Odoo CRM, Hub Spot) to track conversion rates, analyze sales data, and forecast revenue trends. Provide actionable reports and pipelines to senior leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with current promotions. Collaborate with the Product/Curriculum team to ensure programming courses meet the evolving demands of the tech industry. Market Expansion: Monitor competitor pricing, emerging technologies (e.g., AI integration, new frameworks), and educational trends to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) is a plus. Experience: 5-7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior management role, preferably within EdTech, coding bootcamps, Saa S, or technical training. Technical Aptitude: Strong affinity for technology with the ability to comprehend and articulate the value of learning various programming languages, frameworks, and tech stacks. Leadership Capabilities: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of managing and scaling successful sales teams. Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of the sales management process: people, performance, process, and planning. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales forecasting software.
