Qualifications
Proficiency in Pavement Management and Pavement Engineering, including condition assessment and performance modeling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative and efficient engineering solutions Proficiency in engineering software tools and technologies; familiarity with AI, data analytics, or IoT is a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
