Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Agent role located in Qesm El Maadi. The Customer Service Agent will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining records of interactions. Agents will actively contribute to improving customer experiences and should have a proactive attitude towards understanding and addressing customer needs.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring excellent Customer Experience Strong skills in Customer Support and addressing Customer Satisfaction Reinforced knowledge as a Customer Service Representative Effective communication and active listening skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure Prior on-site or client-facing customer support experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant training are advantageous
