Medical Sales Representative & Account Manager — Brief Job Description

DIME is hiring a **Medical Sales Representative & Account Manager** to acquire, onboard, and manage doctors and clinics using DIME’s digital healthcare platform.

The role combines **field sales, product demos, doctor relationship management, onboarding support, and account follow-up**. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential doctors and clinics, presenting DIME clearly, handling objections, closing new accounts, and making sure onboarded doctors continue using the system successfully.

The ideal candidate should understand the healthcare market, communicate confidently with doctors, follow up consistently, and build long-term trusted relationships with clinics.

### Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach potential doctors, clinics, and medical centers.
* Present DIME and conduct product demos.
* Handle doctor objections and support the closing process.
* Onboard new doctors and clinic teams.
* Follow up with active accounts to improve usage and retention.
* Collect doctor feedback and report market insights.
* Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline updates.
* Build strong relationships that lead to referrals and account growth.

### Requirements

* Background in medicine, pharmacy, healthcare, business, Science or related fields.
* Experience in medical sales, healthcare sales, or account management is preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build trust with doctors and clinic teams.
* Comfortable with field visits and regular follow-ups.
* Organized, persistent, and target-driven.
* Interested in digital health and improving clinical workflows.
