Role Description This is a contract-based, hybrid role for an E-commerce Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for partial remote work. The E-commerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels, coordinate product listings, analyze e-commerce performance, and execute strategies to improve sales and customer engagement. This individual will also oversee customer service for e-commerce platforms, manage inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth online operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working directly on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, or similar platforms. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and fully committed to managing daily marketplace operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage and optimize marketplace accounts including Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and similar platforms• Upload, update, and maintain accurate product listings and product data• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, orders, and marketplace performance• Coordinate logistics, shipments, fulfillment, and delivery operations• Follow up with shipping companies and ensure smooth order processing• Ensure product descriptions, images, and content are accurate and updated• Track sales performance and prepare marketplace reports• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day operations• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and standards Qualifications:• Previous hands-on experience working on Amazon or similar e-commerce marketplaces is required• Experience with logistics, fulfillment, and shipment coordination is preferred• Strong data entry and organizational skills• Attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to work full-time and fully dedicated• Good communication and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is preferred Job Type:Full-time Location:Cairo, Egypt
