Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an AX Application Specialist specializing in Microsoft 365. In this role, you will provide application support for users, manage technical troubleshooting, and assist with the configuration and implementation of AX and Microsoft 365 applications. Key responsibilities include ensuring system functionality, resolving technical issues efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams for system optimization and enhancements. You will also contribute to training end-users and documenting key processes to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex technical and application issues. Experience in Application Support and Technical Support to assist end-users and ensure system reliability. Proven skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues effectively and promptly. Strong Communication skills to collaborate efficiently with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft 365 is highly desired. Understanding of supply chain or distribution industry workflows is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.1 year of experience in ERP support (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O). Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 - Finance & Operations, including modules such as Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management, Consolidations, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Retail, and Service Management. Proven experience working with the Data Management Framework (DMF) for data import, export, and migration. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking abilities.
