Pinerium is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms and campaigns.
This role is responsible for managing digital campaigns, social media activities, content coordination, paid advertising, performance tracking, and online brand presence while ensuring alignment with Pinerium’s marketing goals and business growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong creativity, analytical thinking, communication skills, and hands-on experience in digital marketing tools, campaign management, and audience engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives through online marketing activities.
Optimize campaign performance based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, and marketing activities.
Social Media & Content Management
Manage and maintain social media platforms and online presence.
Coordinate content creation including posts, visuals, captions, and marketing materials.
Support content publishing and audience engagement activities.
Ensure brand consistency across digital channels and campaigns.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and Linked In.
Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance, and optimization activities.
Track conversion metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness.
Support retargeting and audience segmentation strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare digital marketing reports and campaign performance summaries.
Analyze engagement, traffic, leads, and marketing KPIs.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support data-driven marketing decisions and optimization initiatives.
Collaboration & Brand Support
Work closely with Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external partners when required.
Support marketing events, launches, and promotional campaigns.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online campaign management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign strategies.
Familiarity with social media platforms, paid advertising tools, and content management.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Strong creativity and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
Familiarity with graphic design or content tools is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
