Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive student enrollments, institutional partnerships, and revenue growth for educational programs, training courses, and professional development services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in education sales, telesales, partnership development, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for courses, diplomas, and training programs. Drive student acquisition through outbound and inbound sales activities. Manage the full enrollment sales cycle from lead generation to registration. Build partnerships with universities, schools, academies, and corporate clients. Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly enrollment targets. Conduct consultations with students and parents to recommend suitable programs. Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns and lead conversion. Track pipeline performance and maintain CRM records. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and growth strategies. Requirements3+ years of experience in education, training, or course sales. Strong background in telesales and consultative selling. Experience managing sales teams and achieving aggressive KPIs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle high lead volumes and conversion targets. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Fluent in Arabic and English.
