Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior English Customer Service Representative, located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves assisting and supporting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in English. Additional responsibilities include training team members, ensuring clear communication, and translating content when needed to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English teaching or English language expertise Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in translation and the ability to convey clarity across languages Customer Service experience, with a focus on effectively addressing customer needs Skills in training and mentoring team members Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Capability to work well in a collaborative, on-site work environment Prior work experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
