Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Guest Relation Agent to join our on-site team at Radisson Blu Cairo, Heliopolis, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing exceptional service to guests by ensuring their satisfaction, addressing inquiries, assisting with special requests, and managing check-in and check-out procedures. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining a professional and warm rapport with all hotel guests. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Proven experience in guest relations, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive guest experience. Proficiency in receptionist duties, including managing check-in and check-out processes and handling reservations. Customer service skills, including problem-solving abilities, empathy, and a proactive approach to guest needs. Fluency in English and Arabic; additional language skills are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and adapt to diverse guest requirements. Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role is highly preferred. A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
