We are currently hiring for multiple roles within our *Customer Service* team, including Frontline, Back Office, and Billing positions.

???? *Job Responsibilities*  
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat  
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clients’ needs are handled efficiently

- 30,000 EGP Gross Salary

⏰ *Working Hours*  
- Fixed night shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

- 2 days off per week  
- 1-hour lunch break

- Egyptian nationals only  
- Open to graduates, undergraduates, dropouts, and gap-year candidates  
- All universities are accepted  
- English proficiency: B2+ to C1  
- Ability to commit for at least 6 months
