Job Overview
Provides information technology support across a range of products and platforms.
Works closely with the OneKey (healthcare professional Database) operation team to manage and align processes.
Maintains continuous communication with clients to understand their requests and inquiries, stays aware of ongoing projects, and acts as a primary point of contact between clients and the OneKey operation team.
Essential Functions
- Provides a broad range of information technology support activities across multi-platform environments.
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates break/fix resolutions related to system operations and networking activities.
- Develops solutions to complex problems with minor intervention from the direct manager or team leader.
- Organizes and prioritizes workload within the group.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to handle their requests and questions.
- Stay up to date on all ongoing projects and related activities.
- Acts as a liaison between clients and the OneKey Validation team, coordinating and managing communication from both sides.
- Sets up routine and custom reports related to DCR (data change requests) performance and analytics.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 2–4 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills, customer service orientation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and applications and share this knowledge with others.
- Ability to deal with employees at all levels within the company and at customer locations.
- Ability to proactively identify complex problems and develop solutions or recommendations.
- Ability to clearly explain technical or validation issues to: Clients and Internal teams (Validation, Tech)
- Professional communication, especially when handling issues or delays.
- Ability to Analyze issues, Follow SLAs and Escalate correctly when needed.
- Excellent English language verbal and written, communication and documentation skills.
