Roles & Responsibilities

Dial Expert is hiring Sales Specialists to handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls. This is a full-cycle closing role where you control the conversation from first contact through contract signing and compliance. This role requires real sales skills, empathy, and objection handling.

FT Salary: 18,000 EGP

PT Salary: 7,000 EGP

Commission: $20/deal

Daily Bonuses & SPIFs

Full-Time: 9 Hours/Day

Part-Time: 6 Hours/Day

Mon-Fri (Cairo Time)

Paid Breaks Included

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to build rapport and identify financial pain points.
• Conduct structured qualification and needs analysis.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: Pitching, Objection Handling, and Contract Explanation.
• Secure E-signatures and complete compliance warm-downs.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in customer data and system entries.

• Proven experience in sales, closing, or call center environments.
• Fluent or near-native English.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Confidence handling sensitive financial conversations.
• Ability to follow structured processes and compliance rules.
