Role Overview The Broadcast Monitoring Executive is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting TV and Radio content based on clients’ requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
The role involves sourcing and categorizing relevant media coverage, preparing accurate summaries, real-time alerts, and reports in both Arabic and English, while ensuring timely delivery through CARMA systems and tools.
The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
The Broadcast Monitoring Executive also supports smooth operational handovers between shifts, maintains high standards of accuracy and quality, and contributes to continuous workflow improvement to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities Monitor TV and radio outlets according to the clients’ requirements using CARMA tools and manual methods.
Report real-time alerts to the client as soon as possible, according to their SLA.
Deliver broadcast coverage to the client via Bodhi, and create accurate and informative reports or real-time alerts, as per the client’s requirements.
Summarize broadcast content according to the clients’ requirements in Arabic or English.
Ensure a smooth transition of shifts and requests to the following shifts.
Review the work from the previous shifts to ensure that any new coverage relevant to the client is uploaded without duplication.
Maintain availability on all official communication channels during working hours, as well as prompt responses to any inquiries.
Obligated not to leave before their teammates start the next shift.
Meet project deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.
Make suggestions to improve the workflow.
Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA’s mission and vision.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Language, or any relevant field of study.
Fresh graduates from relevant fields are welcome to apply; experience is a plus.
Excellent command of MS Office.
Excellent command of English and Arabic.
Other languages are a plus.
Excellent proofreading skills, with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors in alerts and reports.
