  • Lead and manage all construction activities on-site to ensure project execution aligns with approved timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Develop detailed execution plans covering manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while mitigating potential project risks and delays.
  • Coordinate closely with Technical Office, Planning, Procurement, and Equipment departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely availability of drawings, materials, and resources.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular coordination meetings, and provide effective solutions to construction challenges to maintain project targets.
  • Participate in client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings while ensuring accurate reporting, progress tracking, and timely submission of project documentation and invoices.
  • Support the implementation of quality assurance, method statements, and HSE procedures across all project phases.
