Qualifications:Degree / Diploma / Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field3–4 years experience as a Graphic Designer Strong understanding of:Typography, layout, color theory, and accessibility in design Digital platform requirements (social media sizing, best practices, etc.) Offline media artwork and motion graphics Strong experience using Adobe Creative Cloud suite???? Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in English and French (mandatory)???? Scope of Work:Content Planning Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Communications, etc.) to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives Creative Development Design and produce a wide range of materials including:Presentations Infographics Email templates Social media assets Short-form videos Digital & print banners Brand Compliance Ensure all outputs strictly follow brand guidelines and visual identity standards Project Delivery Adapt global digital assets into locally usable formats Manage workflow and track progress using project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront) Deliver final assets on time according to content calendar and deadlines
