Job Title: Telesales & Outdoor Sales Executive Location: mohandessin - Giza Job Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele sales & Outdoor Sales Executive to join our legal tech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls to lawyers and law firms, presenting our specialized digital marketing solutions for legal professionals, including website creation, ERP systems, and legal platforms. She will also schedule and attend meetings with potential clients, conduct office visits, and close deals. Key Responsibilities:Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to lawyers and legal firms, introducing our digital marketing and legal tech solutions. Product Presentation: Clearly articulate the benefits of website development, legal ERP systems, and legal platforms to potential clients. Appointment Scheduling: Arrange and confirm meetings with potential clients for in-depth discussions. Outdoor Sales Visits: Meet with lawyers at their offices to discuss their needs and offer tailored solutions. Negotiation & Closing: Engage in advanced sales discussions, handle objections, and finalize deals. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management. Follow-up & Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships with law firms and legal professionals, ensuring continued business growth. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in legal tech and digital marketing tailored for law firms. Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in tele sales, outdoor sales, or business development, preferably in legal tech, digital marketing, or software solutions. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Telemarketing & Cold Calling Expertise: Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients. Presentation & Pitching: Confidence in presenting services to lawyers and law firms. Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, website development, and ERP systems is a plus.
