Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by actively prospecting new clients and generating business opportunities within the billboard advertising sector. This role involves preparing tailored pricing proposals, developing and negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Executive collaborates with internal teams to ensure the delivery of effective advertising solutions that meet client needs and align with market trends.
Key Responsibilities•Identify and evaluate potential locations for billboard installations based on visibility, traffic, zoning, and strategic positioning.•Collaborate with operations and creative teams to ensure timely and effective billboard campaign execution.•Proactively identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.•Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.•Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.•Report regularly on progress and new opportunities to Sales Manager.•Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.•Achieve and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets•Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).•1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or outdoor marketing.•Proven track record in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or outdoor marketing.•Strong negotiation and presentation skills.•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.•Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.•Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Working Conditions•Field-oriented role with regular travel for site inspections and stakeholder meetings.•Occasional extended hours based on acquisition deadlines and negotiations
