Role Description: Independent Partner (Gumroad Affiliate Program)

This is a fully remote, performance-based referral role. Independent Partners are responsible for introducing the THOTH Technical Office System to their existing professional networks, engineering platforms, or B2B construction client bases.
The primary objective is to identify firms suffering from disorganized data, rejected submissions, and forfeited retention payments, and direct them to the appropriate THOTH procurement tier. Partners do not deliver technical solutions, handle software installations, or provide ongoing customer support; all system operations and technical post-sale queries are managed directly by hz-studio.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize your existing network, Linked In presence, or training platforms to distribute unique Gumroad tracking links. Represent the product accurately during industry conversations as a permanent, deployment-ready operational framework, explicitly clarifying that it is a governed methodology and not an out-of-the-box software app. Communicate the financial consequences of an un-governed technical office (such as losing a 10% retention payment on a project due to poor documentation) to target buyers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Active Industry Network: Established connections with freelance consultants, Technical Office Managers (TOMs), or decision-makers at SME architecture, engineering, and construction firms (5 to 200 technical staff). Domain Literacy: Strong familiarity with standard technical office workflows, data structures, and the financial risks of undocumented project changes or delayed consultant responses. No Minimum Commitments: There are no geographic restrictions or minimum conversion quotas; alignment continues as long as you generate active referrals.

Compensation & Mechanics

Structure: Purely commission-based (20% of total transaction value applied uniformly across all product tiers) Logistics: All tracking, transaction recording, and payouts are handled automatically and transparently via the Gumroad platform.
