Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tourism Manager located in Qesm El Maadi. The Tourism Manager will oversee guided tours, manage daily tourism operations, coordinate travel services, and lead marketing initiatives to promote tourism offerings. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high-quality customer service, developing tourism strategies, and collaborating with local guides and representatives to enhance traveler experiences.
Qualifications Expertise in Guided Tours and Tourism Management Experience in Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction Proficiency in Tourism Marketing and promoting travel experiences Strong knowledge of Tourism industry trends and best practices Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to collaborate effectively with local teams and partners Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field Previous management experience in the tourism industry is a plus Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
