Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team on-site in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves providing effective customer support, resolving technical or service inquiries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and maintaining professional communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the customer service team, document and analyze customer interactions, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support, ensuring timely responses and resolution of inquiries Strong Interpersonal Skills and a clear commitment to Customer Satisfaction Experience in Technical Support with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues Excellent Phone Etiquette and ability to maintain professional communication Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines under pressure Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service tools is an advantage Fluency in both English and Arabic, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills Previous customer service experience, preferably in HR or similar industries
