Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pharmacist Beauty Advisor, based in New Cairo with opportunities for remote work. The role involves offering expert beauty advice rooted in pharmaceutical product knowledge, providing personalized skincare and wellness recommendations, assisting with retail sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include staying informed about our product portfolio, conducting consultations, and fostering a positive and engaging customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills and expertise in Cosmetology and Skin Care Comprehensive Product Knowledge with the ability to recommend beauty and wellness solutions Excellent Customer Service and Retail Sales experience Ability to build authentic relationships with customers and deliver personalized advice Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field is required Previous experience in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry is highly desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
