Roles & Responsibilities

You will serve as the primary functional expert, analyzing internal workflows to map them seamlessly into standard Odoo modules. This role requires a sophisticated blend of business acumen, functional ERP expertise, and a structured approach to data migration, testing, and user training. Working closely with our leadership and engineering teams, you will eliminate operational gaps and position our ERP platform to support sustainable, long-term business growth.

Skills:

• Deep functional knowledge of core Odoo modules, specifically Accounting, Inventory, Sales/CRM, and HR/Payroll.
• Strong understanding of general business processes, accounting principles, and supply chain workflows.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for translating chaotic real-world workflows into clean, structured ERP logic.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.

Desired Candidate Profile

3+ years of proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, Implementer, or Business Analyst with successful full-lifecycle ERP implementations under your belt.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
