Key Responsibilities:-Promote and sell assigned banking products to new and existing customers.-Generate leads through field sales activities, referrals, and proactive outreach.-Conduct customer meetings, explain product benefits clearly, and close deals.-Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and results.-Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets and KPI requirements.-Ensure high customer service standards and professional communication.-Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and documentation completion.
Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree, Military service status must be clear.-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.-Experience is preferred in one of the following sectors: Banking, FMCG sales, Insurance, Microfinance, Telecom, or Retail sales.-Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.-Willingness to work in field/direct sales and meet customers in person.
