Main Job Purpose :Support the development and execution of business growth strategies by identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships and focuses on expanding merchant networks, driving new revenue streams, and enhancing collaboration with external partners to support company growth and market positioning. Main Job Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive revenue growth across OTT, BNPL, and Auto Loans. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and long-term business success. Support partnership negotiations, commercial agreements, and onboarding processes to secure mutually beneficial deals and smooth activations. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure successful partner integration and execution. Monitor partner performance and recommend improvement actions to maximize productivity, engagement, and ROI. Develop and execute partnership growth plans aligned with company objectives and expansion targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities and strategic initiatives. ✓ Support campaign launches and joint partner initiatives to increase customer acquisition, usage, and brand visibility. Track and report partnership results, including revenue contribution, performance KPIs, and engagement metrics. Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements across all partnership activities. Act as the main point of contact for partners, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Main Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or commercial roles. Experience in fintech, financial services, or marketplaces is preferred. Business development and negotiation skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management.
