Hiring: Kong Engineer Location: Egypt Contract: Yearly Renewable Experience: 5–8 Years Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Kong Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Kong Gateway to design, implement, and manage API gateway solutions and support API lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and manage APIs using Kong Gateway Configure routing, security, rate limiting, and traffic management Integrate APIs with microservices and CI/CD pipelines Monitor API performance and troubleshoot issues Required Skills:Required experience in API management Strong experience with Kong Gateway Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools Understanding of API security (OAuth2, JWT)
