Key Responsibilities Supervise on-site installation of mechanical, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and AC systems Ensure adherence to project timelines and technical specifications Execute daily and weekly planning to meet milestones Review and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and documentation for variations Coordinate with consultants to obtain necessary approvals Monitor and document changes or modifications on site Conduct site inspections and verify quality of work and materials Ensure compliance with approved designs, codes, and industry standards Supervise testing and commissioning of mechanical systems Review contractors' monthly payment claims and validate work completed Resolve on-site conflicts in coordination with other engineering disciplines Provide regular updates to project management on progress and issues
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering4–6 years of experience in mechanical site supervision Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building codes Proficient in Auto CAD and MS Office applications Experience in hospital or healthcare facility projects (preferred) Ability to interpret complex technical drawings Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills Able to manage work under tight deadlines and changing site conditions
