Job Summary The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing key human resources functions, with a strong focus on performance management, organizational development (OD), recruitment and payroll operations. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR strategies, supports business objectives, and enhances employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Management Lead and manage the performance appraisal cycle (goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews) Develop and implement performance management frameworks and KPIsCoach managers on performance evaluation, feedback, and development planning Analyze performance data and provide insights to leadership2. Organizational Development (OD) Support the design and execution of OD initiatives (talent development, succession planning, culture initiatives) Identify organizational gaps and recommend development solutions Facilitate training programs and workshops Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives3. Payroll & Compensation Supervise payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with local labor laws Coordinate with finance on salary payments, deductions, and benefits administration Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality Support compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and benefits management4. General HR Operations Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure policy compliance Support recruitment and onboarding processes as needed Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures Maintain HR systems and employee records
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong experience in performance management and organizational development Solid background in payroll processing and compensation practices Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
