Role Description

As an OD Specialist, you will play a key role in driving organizational development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include assessing organizational needs, developing and implementing training programs, optimizing team performance, coordinating employee engagement activities, and aligning business strategies to improve organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance employee development and foster a positive work culture.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Strategic Planning Strong skills in Leadership, Employee Training, and Talent Development Experience in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and Process Optimization Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement employee engagement strategies Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field Master’s degree or certifications in a related area are a plus Proven experience in a similar role within a professional business environment
