Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Sales Account Manager - Healthcare Tech. In this role, you will manage relationships with key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for lead generation, maintaining communication with clients, and overseeing account growth strategies. The role requires managing client expectations and delivering solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and ensuring a positive client experience Ability to manage key accounts effectively through strong Account Management skills Proficient in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities Strong verbal and written Communication skills for building relationships and ensuring clear understanding Proven problem-solving abilities and an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Knowledge of healthcare technology and prior experience in a similar role is a plus Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
