???? Role Purpose This is a hands‑on ownership role, responsible for ensuring that business operations run accurately, consistently, and without delays. This is not an administrative position. It requires high attention to detail, ownership, and execution discipline.
✅ Key Responsibilities· Own and maintain CRM hygiene and data accuracy· Track all key business actions and ensure completion · Follow up with internal stakeholders proactively · Highlight delays, risks, and missing actions· Prepare structured summaries and reports · Support management with insights and status tracking· Follow up on non‑commercial vendor and internal communications ???? Ideal Candidate Profile· 4-8 years' experience in operations, business operations, or sales operations · Strong experience in B2B environments (software, technology, or distribution preferred) · Strong follow‑up discipline and accountability · Comfortable working with structured processes and data · Able to work closely with senior stakeholders· Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Calm, reliable, and trustworthy· Ability to work under deadlines· Background in engineering, construction tech, or software is a strong advantage· Excellent hands-on experience with AI productivity tools· Excellent English language (written and spoken)· Excellent French language (written and spoken) is a plus
