About the Role Results-driven National Sales Manager is responsible for leading the execution of the commercial strategy and driving sustainable sales growth across all assigned channels and regions. The role focuses on achieving annual sales, market share, volume, and net revenue targets, strategic customer development, and execution excellence across wholesale and e-commerce channels.
Responsibilities Execute the annual sales plan in alignment with the company's sales objectives and commercial priorities. Drive achievement of sales volume, revenue, distribution, and collection targets across all regions and channels. Monitor sales performance by customers, region, and channel against targets and implement corrective actions to maximize business results and operational effectiveness. Ensure effective market coverage and distribution expansion across assigned territories and channels. Ensure effective execution of sales activities and operational priorities across wholesale and e-commerce channels. Follow up on daily sales operations to ensure smooth market execution and sales efficiency. Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing structures, and approved commercial terms. Manage wholesale customers and key business partners to ensure efficient distribution and smooth business operations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales growth and operational continuity. Ensure product availability in the timeline and quantity with wholesale customers Follow up on customer orders, collections, stock availability, and service levels to ensure customer satisfaction. Lead commercial discussions and business reviews with wholesale customers when required. Ensure proper implementation of the company’s Route to Market structure across all regions and trade channels. Monitor sales routes, customer coverage plans, and distribution reach to ensure execution efficiency. Follow up on field sales adherence to routing schedules, customer visit plans, and operational standards. Identify operational market challenges and escalate improvement opportunities to management when required. Monitor competitor activities, pricing changes, promotions, and market movements across all sales channels. Collect and report market feedback, customer observations, and field insights to support business decisions. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and trade marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of sales operations. Follow up on supply availability and demand requirements with supply chain teams to avoid stock issues. Support implementation of commercial and operational initiatives in coordination with relevant stakeholders. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and operational objectives. Set clear performance targets and KPIs for regional and field sales teams. Conduct regular field coaching and performance review sessions to improve execution quality and sales capabilities. Foster a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, customer service, and excellence in execution.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in BA, Sales, Marketing, or any related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.10+ years of experience in sales and wholesale channel management Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role managing nationwide sales operations. Proven track record in achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion. Experience in managing multi-regional sales teams and driving sales performance. Experience in FMCG, Education, Retail, Publishing, or consumer-driven industries is preferred.
