Technical Project Manager (Dynamics 365 CRM) | Hybrid | New Cairo
We are currently partnering with a global consulting firm to support the build-out of one of Egypt’s rising digital banks, and we’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (Dynamics 365 CRM) to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced banking environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive successful CRM delivery.
Role Details Role: Technical Project Manager (Dynamics 365 CRM) Contract Duration: Initial 12-month project Setup: Hybrid (2–3x onsite per week in New Cairo Office) Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9am–6pm
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM projects and initiatives Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure timely project execution Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations Drive agile delivery practices and project governance Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and project status reporting Work closely with solution architects, developers, QA, and business teams to align technical and business requirements Ensure project delivery aligns with enterprise and banking standards
Requirements Strong experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM projects in enterprise environments Proven background in technical project management and software delivery Experience working with agile and waterfall methodologies Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams Experience within banking, fintech, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred PMP, Scrum, or relevant certifications are advantageous
