About the Role
Finetech is seeking a skilled MEP Technical Office Engineer to join our team. We specialize in water treatment systems, RO desalination, pumps, valves, and wastewater equipment, and are expanding into turnkey electromechanical projects. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow within a dynamic and technically driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and review firefighting, HVAC, plumbing, and water supply pump room systems in compliance with NFPA 20 and international MEP standards Lead full MEP design packages (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing) for awarded electromechanical projects Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper execution of designs Prepare and review BOQs and pricing for tenders and project submissions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power preferred)2–6 years of experience in MEP design or Technical Office roles Ability to independently size pumps and understand NFPA 20 fire pump requirements Proficiency in engineering software such as Fire Elite, Pipe Net, HAP, Auto CAD, or Revit MEPStrong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in water treatment, wastewater pump stations, or desalination systems Background in industrial piping or electromechanical projects
