Job Description

* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to maintenance plans.

* Monitor daily machine performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

* Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

* Ensure continuity of production operations and improve equipment efficiency.

* Follow up on maintenance faults and prepare technical reports.

* Recommend spare parts requirements and monitor consumption.

* Ensure maintenance documentation and technical records are updated accurately.

* Improve product quality and reduce reject rates through effective machine adjustments.

* Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.

* Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

* 2–3 years of experience in FMCG or industrial manufacturing environments.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

* Familiarity with production machinery and industrial equipment.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or related software is a plus.

* Good communication and reporting skills.

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts
