Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Site Engineer to lead on-site operations for key construction projects in Cairo. In this critical role, you will oversee all technical and managerial aspects of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate between project managers, subcontractors, and site teams, providing technical guidance and solving complex engineering challenges on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising construction activities and workforce deployment.
• Ensure strict adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and material requirements.
• Prepare and review site reports, progress documentation, and technical submittals.
• Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8 10 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Certifications: Professional engineering license (P.E. or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Language: Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cairo, Egypt.
