Role Description
This is a remote, work from home, contract-based role for a BIM Architect / Designer / Project Manager. The role involves managing and producing architectural and construction drawings, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for project execution, and preparing and reviewing submittals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with U. S. architectural teams, ensuring project standards and requirements are met, and contributing to the design and documentation of large-scale and high-rise projects.

A first 10 min interview would be performed, thereafter a simple 4 hour RVT test will be requested to asses candidates expertise with RVT tool.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English language, written and spoken. Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings, with a solid understanding of design principles. Advanced skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings relevant to complex and large-scale projects. REVIT knowledge is a must Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Strong project management and coordination capabilities, emphasizing clear communication and adherence to standards. Familiarity with high-rise and large-scale projects is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred. PROVEN Proficiency in associated design software such as Revit or Auto CAD. Ability to work independently and effectively within remote team environments. Work schedule Cairo time start Sunday to Thursday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm to work collaborative with Colombia Team
