Job purpose:To develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models related to Civil/Architectural disciplines, ensuring accurate integration with other trades, adherence to project requirements and BIM standards, and supporting project delivery from design through construction. Accountabilities & Responsibilities:Develop and maintain discipline-specific BIM models (Civil/Arch) using Revit and related tools. Participate in interdisciplinary coordination and resolve clashes using tools like Navisworks. Follow and enforce the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific modeling standards. Assist in extracting construction drawings, quantities, and other project data from the model. Coordinate with Engineering teams (structural, MEP, architectural) to ensure integration. Maintain documentation and model version control on platforms like BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud. Attend coordination meetings and provide visual representation of design issues or conflicts. Conduct model reviews, quality checks, and compliance audits. Assist in the development of BIM standards, templates, and content libraries.
Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.5–7 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling for Civil/Arch discipline. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (discipline-specific) and strong working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination. Hands-on experience with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modeling standards, and project workflows. Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 for model management, collaboration, and version control. Ability to extract construction drawings, schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models.
