Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development (R&D) Serial Life Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The R&D Serial Life Manager will oversee and coordinate all activities related to product lifecycle processes, including product updates, improvements, and support in production. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as quality control, production, and supply chain to ensure product continuity, compliance, and efficiency. The role involves problem-solving, performance monitoring, and contributing to product enhancement strategies.
Qualifications
Technical expertise in product design, development, and lifecycle management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with hands-on experience in performance monitoring and process optimization. Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards applicable to manufacturing environments. Proficiency in project management principles and tools for coordinating cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment to meet organizational goals effectively. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Development, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Prior experience in the manufacturing or related industries is highly preferred.
