Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain Waiter based in Cairo. The Captain Waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, overseeing food and beverage service, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences. The role includes coordinating with team members, maintaining efficient service operations, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction Experience in food and beverage service and food service operations Basic cooking knowledge and understanding of culinary practices is a plus Proficiency in teamwork and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to lead by example and uphold high service standards Prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality is highly desirable Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
