This role plays a critical part in managing supplier relationships—particularly overseas vendors—ensuring timely product availability and supporting procurement and stock management activities. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to align supply planning with business objectives.

Lead communication and negotiations with vendors regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels. Monitor supplier performance and proactively resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality concerns. Strengthen procurement processes with a focus on overseas vendor management.
???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????????????Develop and execute supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business requirements. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks such as stock shortages, shipping delays, and operational bottlenecks. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all functions.
???????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock coverage. Prioritize shipments based on stock coverage and business urgency. Track and analyze KPIs such as inventory turnover, fill rate, and on-time delivery performance.
???????????????????????????????????? & ???????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and procurement functions.

???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? & ???????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in supply planning or procurement. Hands-on experience dealing with international/overseas suppliers is highly preferred.
