We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented RFP & Tenders Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of the proposal process — from opportunity sourcing to final submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and search for relevant RFPs and tender opportunities
• Analyze requirements and evaluate strategic fit
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strong, tailored pitches
• Coordinate with traffic/project teams to ensure proper planning and resource alignment
• Prepare, write, and submit high-quality proposals
• Communicate directly with clients for clarifications, follow-ups, and relationship building
• Track submissions, deadlines, and outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a marketing agency is a must
• Solid experience handling RFPs/tenders end-to-end
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
