Production Engineer – Woodwork اخشاب
We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage our woodwork production operations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both natural wood and engineered/artificial wood products, with strong knowledge of furniture and joinery production processes.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily woodwork production activities in the factory. Plan, organize, and monitor production workflows to ensure efficiency and quality. Prepare and review cutting lists, production schedules, and material requirements. Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams. Ensure proper use of materials and minimize waste. Supervise production teams and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Use production-related software, including cutting list and workflow planning tools.
Requirements Degree or diploma in Production Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in woodwork, furniture, joinery, or fit-out production. Strong understanding of natural wood, MDF, plywood, veneer, laminate, and other engineered wood materials. Experience with production software, cutting list preparation, and factory workflow organization. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple production stages.
Preferred Knowledge of CNC machines, panel saws, edge banding, and other woodworking machinery. Experience in custom furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, or interior fit-out production.
