Job Summary:Manage the end-to-end logistics operations for Castrol Egypt, including the full import cycle for additives and finished goods, warehouse operations, distributor interface management, and the complete export cycle from Egypt.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:Importation Management Manage the full importation cycle for additives and finished goods (FG), from purchase order to customs clearance and delivery to the warehouse Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant clearance Ensure all import documentation (commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of conformity, etc.) is complete and accurate Monitor import costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization Ensure compliance with Egyptian customs regulations and GOEIC requirements Warehouse Logistics & Operations Oversee CEL warehouse logistics operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound flows Manage the interface between the warehouse and distributors, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and delivery Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records in the WMS/ERP system Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure daily operations comply with HSSE and quality standards Exportation Management Manage the full exportation cycle from Egypt, including documentation preparation, customs procedures and freight coordination Liaise with export customers, freight partners and customs authorities to ensure compliance and on-time delivery Ensure all export documentation (certificates of origin, export licenses, packing lists, etc.) is accurate and filed correctly Monitor export performance metrics and report on key KPIsReporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare regular logistics performance reports covering import, export and warehouse KPIsIdentify and implement process improvements across the logistics function Resolve logistics disruptions and escalate critical issues to the CF Manager Maintain strong relationships with all logistics service providers

Minimum Qualifications:Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
Minimum Experience:5-7 years experience in logistics, importation/exportation and warehouse operations, preferably in lubricants, chemicals or FMCG
